The Footfix TRAUMEC System was developed for rigid internal fixation of the midfoot and forefoot bones, including tarsus, metatarsus, and phalanges. Composed of a plate and screw system, it provides stable stabilization and fixation of bone fragments, especially in cases of osteopenic bones.

This product is presented in 4 sets: HINDFOOT, HALUX, ARTHRODESIS, and UNIDIRECTIONAL, aiming to offer excellent options for forefoot, midfoot, and hindfoot trauma, as well as allowing deformity corrections and arthrodesis, and providing various sizes of plates and screws, compatible with each other, for the surgeon to choose according to the different anatomical structures of the foot bones.

INDICATIONS

• Treatment of fractures in the interface region between midfoot and hindfoot.
• Intraosseous calcaneal osteotomy.
• Corron and Evans osteotomy.
• Bunion osteotomy.

• Perform fusion in the forefoot.
• Perform fusion of bony regions between midfoot and forefoot.
• Treatment of Tarsometatarsal fracture.
