The 2.4 Traumec Maxillofacial System was designed with LOCKING technology, providing excellent stability and quick, secure fixation in reconstructive and osteosynthesis procedures.

- Plates with a thickness of 2.4 mm for reconstruction, made of ASTM F-67 Titanium (Grade 2 pure TI);
- 2.4 mm self-tapping screws with high mechanical strength, locking technology, made of ASTM F-136 Titanium (TI 6AL 4V ELI);
- Screws for plate modeling available for thread preservation;
- Emergency screws 2.7 mm;
- Set of templates for plate modeling;
- Selection of anatomical and intuitive instruments.

- Fixation and stabilization of complex mandibular fractures;
- Mandible reconstruction;
- Fixation of grafts in reconstructive surgeries and mandibular segments, according to surgical needs.
