The 1.5 MM MODULE is designed to provide quick and secure fixation for a variety of procedures involving the mid and upper thirds of the face. The geometric diversity of the plates and the variety of case configurations add versatility and precision, offering complete solutions for both trauma and orthognathic surgeries.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Monocortical and bicortical screws in self-tapping and self-drilling options manufactured in ASTM F-136 Titanium (TI 6AL 4V ELI) with proven efficiency in penetration and mechanical resistance, ensuring safety and speed in the surgical procedure;
- Innovative design plates with low profile, easy modeling, and adaptation, manufactured in ASTM F-67 Titanium (Grade 2 pure TI);
- Malleable micro meshes with a thickness of 0.3 mm in various geometries for orbital floor reconstruction and graft fixation, manufactured in ASTM F-67 Titanium (Grade 1 pure TI);
- Emergency screws 1.7 mm;
- Plates with a thickness of 0.5 and 0.6 mm;
- Drills Ø 1.1 mm X 50 mm and 100 mm with a 5 mm and 20 mm stop;
- Cross Drive 1.5 adapter for contra-angle.
INDICATIONS
- Reconstruction and fixation of craniofacial fractures;
- Orbital fractures;
- Osteosynthesis of corrective osteotomies in treatments of mid and upper face deformities;
- Fixation of grafts in reconstruction surgeries of the upper and middle segments of the facial skeleton;
